Through a structured, hands-on training program, participants gain exposure to every aspect of branch operations—from warehouse and logistics to sales, customer service, and business management.

This program typically runs 12–18 months and offers a clear path for ambitious professionals who are ready to build a long-term career and grow into leadership roles.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years in electrical or wholesale distribution
  • 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles
  • Experience in sales, operations, or warehouse management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Completion of the program does not guarantee placement but prepares individuals for future leadership opportunities.

SUMMARY:
Supports the accounting department by maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end close
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
  • Assist in financial report preparation
  • Support budgeting process and documentation
  • Provide clerical support including invoices, filing, and records
  • Maintain vendor and customer records
  • Assist with data entry and accounting systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–5 years accounting or admin experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

SKILLS:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Time management and organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sit for extended periods
  • Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally

SUMMARY:
To serve as a face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. Handles all sales functions while providing quick, accurate, and courteous service to customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs
  • Help develop new business, identify opportunities to create a competitive advantage
  • Determine the merchandise required by customer and suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer’s order
  • Replenish stock and ensure shelves are maintained and products are displayed properly
  • Close out cash box daily, delivering receipts for cash, credit cards, and checks to your manager
  • Assist inside and outside salespeople with customers’ inquiries and order processing
  • Process returns and exchanges according to the policies of the company
  • Update knowledge of products through self-study and attending training classes
  • Follow-up on existing orders, manage calling queues, and maintain bid follow-up queues
  • Pull and check orders for customers
  • Assist and resolve customer complaints
  • Perform other related duties as dictated by business necessity or assigned by management

COMPETENCIES:

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
  • Strong customer service orientation—both external and internal
  • PC/proprietary proficiency for data entry and utilization of business application software including web browsers, internet search engines, email and calendar use, and familiarity with the MS Office suite
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks (discount vs markups, customer pricing, etc.)
  • Time management—strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

FUNCTION:
Responsible for profitably selling and promoting lighting products to existing and potential customers while identifying new opportunities in the marketplace. This role involves working in a lighting showroom, attending trade shows, and maintaining expertise in lighting solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert guidance on lighting solutions, including fixture selection, energy efficiency, and smart lighting technologies
  • Seek prospective business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify potential for account growth
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, offering tailored solutions that meet their lighting needs
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, bulbs, smart lighting, and energy-efficient solutions
  • Coordinate customer returns and exchanges and complete proper documentation according to the company's policies
  • Attend supplier/manufacturer training sessions, trade shows, and networking events occasionally outside regular business hours
  • Follow up on all quotations, existing orders, manage calling queues, and maintain bid follow-up queues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide the Lighting Manager with daily updates on customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support business growth and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong computer skills, including business application software, ERP system, web browsers, internet search engines, email, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to pricing and discounts
  • Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

SUMMARY:
Responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and preparing product.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance of shelves/inventory
  • Assist freight handling
  • Load and off load trucks
  • Accurately stocking shelves
  • Keeping work area clean
  • Possibility of local and/or branch deliveries
  • Pulling stock for an order
  • Other unrelated duties may be assigned

COMPETENCIES:

  • Have a good general background in electrical equipment and its use
  • Must be able to use hand truck, power jack, and forklift
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Must represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Time management—strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation—both external and internal

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Warehouse environment. May be some exposure to dust, heat, or cold, and other seasonal changes
  • Must be comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy material, up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to climb a ladder
  • Must be able to tolerate continuous periods of standing and walking
